Padworth College GCSE results

The students at Padworth have excelled themselves once again in the GCSE Level examinations by achieving an overall pass rate of 100%. 78% of all entries achieved A* to C grades.

Linde Melhuish, the Principal of Padworth College, said, “I am delighted with this year’s GCSE results – they are testimony to the determination and hard work of our students and our committed staff. As a non-selective school, we are committed to enabling each individual student to fulfil their academic goals and I believe that these results reflect the College’s inclusiveness and the strong learning and achievement culture which motivates and supports all of our students.”

Padworth College is a fully co-educational, non-selective school for students aged 13-19 and provides a very broad range of subjects at GCSE and A Level courses taught in very small classes with an informal atmosphere. The College is situated in between Newbury and Reading. Day student places and scholarships are available in September for GCSE and A Level re-takes.
