Pupils at St Clare’s School in Porthcawl raised £331.77 for the RNLI Lifeboat Service by holding a non-uniform day and a raffle.
Phillip Missen from the Porthcawl Lifeboat Service came to an assembly in the Prep School to accept the cheque and to talk about the work of the RNLI. He brought along some clothing and equipment that RNLI volunteers use during rescues and some pupils were lucky enough to be able to try it on !
