BMS appoint new Head of Girls’ Rowing

Bedford Modern School are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Tristan Mayglothling as Head of Girls’ Rowing at the School. Tristan was previously the Community Rowing Coach at the Star Club in Bedford for three years.

“I heard about the position from Alistair Brown, Bedford Modern School’s Director of Rowing, who spoke to me about how BMS Rowing was evolving and the fact that the School were looking to appoint a Head of Girls’ Rowing.

“I was interested in the position as I believe that by employing a full time coach for girls’ rowing, the School is showing its commitment to developing equal opportunities amongst both girls’ and boys’ rowing at BMS”, said Tristan. “I very much believe that there is an exciting time ahead for everyone involved with the BMS Boathouse”, added Tristan.
